Get ready for some serious bass: the djmix.ca crew is preparing up a mad night of back 2 back sessions and a five way five turntables battle!!!!
For this event, we’re cooking thick slices of house/electro, gabber/hardcore, and a session of dnb/liquid funk/jungle and dubstep to satisfy you most demanding bass cravings.
Attention hardstyle lovers! We’re proud to bring in the Wildkidz formation from Gatineau, HDee and Silk, who’s been developing their own home-brew hardstyle sounds for years, and delivering it in a live PA. We’re also celebrating the birthday of Wikkid Wizzard for this event!

Bio: Since 1997 DJRJ has been rocking clubs and stages from St John’s to Vancouver and everywhere in between. With long-time residencies at The Studio (Corner Brook, NL) the Breezeway (St John’s, NL), DJRJ has hundreds of shows under his belt and is working to bring his talent to the Ontario scene.
A former radio host (CHMR St John’s, NL), DJRJ is always experimenting with new venues, and is always up for a challenge. His mixing style has been described as “in your face” and has been known to “mash the un-mashable” by mixing together styles as no one else has.
This is one show you will not want to miss.

Bio: slant.six is no stranger of the house music scene. this new-comer been partying on the dance floor since the mid-90′s. The music has always been and will continue to be his first love. Having ventured from candy kid to club kid and finally taking the plunge 5 years ago and buying his first set of decks and rejoicing in the sounds as a basement dj. He’s finally decided to take that transitional step and move out of his comfort zone and into the club.
Better break out your dancing shoes.

Bio: Wildkidz aka Stephane Charette and Sebastien Party started back in 2005 with house roots. They both got heavily addicted to the hardstyle genre in 2007 and kept producing ever since. With many years of home-brewed sounds, you’ll hear tracks you’ve never heard before.

Bio: His passion for blending beats has been ongoing for more than 13 years. This newcomer to the Ottawa scene wishes to promote DnB, Liquid Funk, Jungle and Dubstep one flyer at a time. IDE daily craves for music. http://dnbnoize.com/ every Tuesday nights 9pm – 11pm EST.

Mister Mystic has been spending his stormy nights quietly studying the beat in his underground lair. This self-taught DJ has been spinning since 2005. This newcomer has been gaining a steady reputation for bringing pounding beats and awesome tracks to the dance floor. Always bringing a combination of both classic and new bangers to each set, he is definitely becoming someone to lookout for in the scene.
